The value for money at Welle Wadiya Beach Villa was excellent, with spacious rooms and a stunning beach view from the balcony. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the staff treated us with great hospitality and kindness.
More breakfast options would have made the experience even better.

I recently had an amazing stay at a beachfront hotel on the west coast of Sri Lanka. The hotel's location on a quiet and secluded beach was simply perfect for relaxation. The staff were extremely attentive and made sure that every detail was taken care of, from the spotlessly clean and spacious rooms to the delicious breakfast. I also appreciated the value for money, as the prices for the food and amenities were reasonable. Additionally, the attention to detail in the hotel was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Furthermore, the hotel's position right on the coast provided breathtaking views and the opportunity to witness stunning sunsets. it was a truly memorable experience.
Everything was just fine.

We were immediately welcomed by friendly staff with refreshing king coconut drinks, giving us a unique and warm greeting. the rooms were spacious and well-ventilated, and the large balconies offered breathtaking views of the ocean. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of other touristy areas. We particularly enjoyed watching the kite surfers in front of the hotel and even had the chance to try it ourselves with the well-trained professionals from Kitesurfinglanka school, just a short walk away. the food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced, especially the fresh and cheap seafood. We even got the opportunity to witness the local fishing harbor and enjoy a grilled tuna dinner that was absolutely mouthwatering. the hotel's garden was also a highlight, with coconut trees providing shade, beach huts, sunbeds, and hammocks to relax in. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return for a longer stay. Cons: None 🌟.

We spent five nights in a beach hotel during our city trip and had a great time. The view from our room was stunning, and the comfortable beds made us feel rested throughout the vacation. We enjoyed the delicious local cuisine and had fun trying out new dishes. The hotel had a great location close to many local attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. the amenities offered such as a swimming pool and beach access were a great touch, ensuring our stay was both relaxing and exciting.
Although we had an overall enjoyable experience, there were still some downsides. The dining area was a bit underwhelming, and the lighting could have been improved.

The noise from a nearby church woke up some guests early in the morning.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. From the beautiful traditional artwork to the comfortable seating areas, every corner had a touch of warmth and elegance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always ready to assist me with my needs and there were no stairs or obstacles that made it difficult for me to move around.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be the availability of handrails in the common areas. This would provide extra support and stability, especially for those with mobility issues.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for us. the staff was generally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the calm and relaxing environment, and the fact that there weren't many tourists around. There were also good options for sporting activities and the food was tasty.
The location was very remote and we had to endure a long car ride to get there. the garden was unattractive and not well maintained.
